Schnikeez™ products are designed to support personal emergency preparedness and hygiene needs. By purchasing or using any Schnikeez™ emergency kit (“Kit”), you acknowledge and agree to the disclosures and safety guidance below.
1) Intended Use
The Kit is intended for emergency preparedness and hygiene support. It is designed to be used in a safe, stationary environment (for example: at home, at a campsite, or in a parked vehicle in a legal parking location).
2) Vehicle Safety — Parked Use Only
If used in or around a vehicle, the Kit is intended to be used only while the vehicle is fully parked, engine off when appropriate, and in a location where stopping/parking is legal and safe.
Do not use the Kit while driving, operating machinery, or during any activity that requires attention and control.
Using the Kit while driving may result in serious injury, death, property damage, and/or legal consequences.
