FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this only for UC and Crohn’s, or can I use it for other conditions?
The kit was designed first for people living with Ulcerative Colitis, Crohn’s Disease, IBS, and IBD—any condition where bowel urgency is a real, everyday threat. That said, anyone who deals with sudden bowel emergencies can use it as a discreet backup when bathrooms aren’t guaranteed.
Can I use this outside of a car?
Yes. The emergency liner and leak-resistant base are optimized for use in vehicles, but they can also be used in other private or semi-private spaces when you’re caught without a restroom. Think: roadside stops, remote cabins, parking lots, or anywhere you need a fast, contained solution.
How big is the bag, and where does it fit?
The bag measures about 17.7” × 9.8” × 0.8”. It’s slim and flexible enough to tuck into a car door pocket, under a seat, in a backpack, or in luggage. The goal is simple: always nearby, never in the way.
Is the kit discreet? Will anyone know what it is?
From the outside, it looks like a normal travel or gym bag—no medical symbols, no “bathroom emergency” branding. The contents are organized so you can grab what you need quickly without putting everything on display.
Can I fly with this in my carry-on?
Most items are travel-friendly, but you should follow standard TSA liquid and size rules for any deodorizing solutions or wipes. When in doubt, pack liquids in your clear quart bag or store a second kit in checked luggage for road trips on the other side.
Do I have to buy a whole new kit every time I use it?
The bag and reusable wipes are meant to be kept long-term. After an emergency, you’ll primarily be replacing the liner, washing the reusable bags, and replacing certain consumables. Over time, we plan to offer refill options so you can restock, but ultimately, we want to give you the foundation to make the kit your own.
